I took a date to see Chaplin’s: “Modern Times” this evening at the Hollywood Theatre in Portland, Oregon. Soon it will be the last theater to project 33 mm films in the nation. This screening of Modern Times was special, because it had a live orchestra and an original score, which added incredible depth. People from age 6 to 60 were laughing the whole time! magical.
